Now Apple has bring a game-changing software platform " CareKit " from Apple Which will be released in April on iOS devices. Four modules are included in CareKit:
- Symptom and Measurement Tracker: The work of it is to records physical signs like pain, fatigue, infection,who suggest whether treatment should be changed or not.
- Care Card: Monitoring progress on treatment like therapy.
- Connect:Inform medical data to Doctor and family.

- You shouldn't be constant, needs to apply some flixibility .
- You shouldn't only rely on to food for fitness but needs to remove bad things.
5. Tools for stay on track...
Some important tools for tracking shared by Derek:- You can use a notebook or a google doc
- You can take some exercising tools too..
- You can use tools like Trello to keep track of goals, diet, and workouts
- There are the Seinfeld Calendar - Take a monthly calendar and every day when you've accomplished what you set out to do, put an mark over the day. Over a period of time you will develop a chain and you could little can break the chain.
